Bubbles. Good or bad?

My cannister filter outflow regularly generates micro-bubbles when the inlet Lilly Tube picks up air from the surface. Someone said this might stress the fish. I was always happy to see lots of oxygen being infused.

I'm just now restocking my tank after 72 days of ich-related fallow period. Are bubbles bad?? See video clip...

Great question. I’m interested in the answer too.
 
A lot of times something in the system will cause micro bubbles, I don't think they harm the fish at all, they are just unsightly to look at.
