Cant figure out what the issue is and why there is so many micro bubbles coming out of the return line into the tank

Pics of sump and return and inside of tank below.

There is a adjustable wall between the skimmer section and the return section, could this have an effect?

Thanks in advance

Is the water level too low in the return pump chamber?

If there are bubbles from the skimmer that go into the pump that will also make micro bubbles.

The water looks yellow. Try adding some and see if it helps.

The water level is about 2 inches above the pump. The water looks yellow due the the reflection of the lights i have mounted under the tank. Ill try to raise it

My power heads will cause a vortex of air if they are too close to the surface also. I hope this helps.

You could try moving the skimmer by rotating it, so the output is directed somewhere else, see if that helps.
I don’t have a skimmer, however.
