Top right picture looks like it says something about moving without spilling. If not, you could always put a lid on it.
I've been using a lid. But the handle can fold down and move it flat but I think it would still spill.

I also like the ones they use for auto detailing. Fits the bucket perfectly. Just no handle with that kind need to use the handle on the bucket. Also perfer the buckets lids that screw on.

I got tired of all the heavy lifting. This works great. Home Depot.

Tried it with the handle flat today. Didn't work well on carpeting. Better with the handle upright.
