I'm going to be purchasing my first reef tank in a few months. I have a few options that I'm still between. But is $4,000 to $5,500 an appropriate estimate for a high tech 30-50 gallon system with a sump? I have a list of parts below. This would be for equipment; I know livestock will be another $800 to $1,500 since coral costs an arm and a leg.

Tank: Waterbox Marine X 35.1 or 60.2 $800 or $1200 respectively
Light: AI Prime 16HD or AI Hydra 32 depending on the tank $245 or $450 respectively
Lid: BRS lid for $40
Skimmer: Aquamaxx FC-80 $180
Heater: 2 Eheim Jager 100/125 Watt Heaters $56 for both (1 is a backup)
Return Pump: 2 Sicce Syncra Silent 1.5/2.0 Pumps $140 or $190 for both (1 is a backup)
Wavemaker: AI Nero 3 or Nero 5 $150/$200
Controller: Coralvue Hydros Control 4 kit (WiFi strip and temperature probe included) w/ rope leak sensor, skimmer sensor, and ATO $610
Reactor: BRS Single Reactor w/ pump $75
Auto Doser: 3 or 4 Kamoer X1 WiFi Pro Dosing Pumps $280 - $360 (not sure if I need one for coral food, which would be the 4th)

RO/DI System: BRS 4 Stage Value 75 GPD $150
Booster Pump: Aquatic Life Smart Buddie $130 (since I'm in an apartment and water pressure probably sucks)
Float Valve: $20
UPS or Battery Backup: $160
Airstone: JBJ Maxum $90
Buckets and Brute Can: $30
UV: Aqua Ultraviolet 15 Watt Hang On UV $190
Saltwateraquarium.com Water Change Kit $100
Aqueon 10 Gallon Kit for QT Tank $90

Sand: CaribSea Agra-Alive Sand 20/40lb $20/$40
Rock: CaribSea Life Rock 20/40lb $90/$150
Glue: $20
Salt: Red Sea Coral Pro $75
Cycling: Dr Tim's One & Only 4oz and Ammonia Chloride $40
Dosing: Red Sea A, B, C 1000ml bottles $70 total
Carbon & GFO: BRS 1/4 lb each $45 total
Coral Dip $20
Disease Treatment Bottles (Paraguard, Prazipro, etc.) ~ $40 total
Red Sea Reef Energy AB+ 1000 ml $34
Test Kits ~$200 (Hanna Checkers for Alk and Phosphate, Salifert/NYOS for the rest)

The reason I have more automation is because I am frequently gone on the weekends and take at least 2 vacations (1 or 2 weeks in length) each year. Also, I mentioned I'm in an apartment, my renter's insurance does cover any damage caused by tanks and my landlord allows tanks up to 55 gallons in size.

Does this list seem reasonable? Is there anything I'm not accounting for? Or anything that is unnecessary and could be removed?
