I ordered some 1/2" ABS bulkheads the other day through BRS while putting order in for SCH 80 piping. That being said, I have 3/4" threading on back wall of acrylic overflow box and from my research thought that the outer thread of a 1/2" ABS bulkhead was 3/4" threading.

I could just put a 3/4" fitting through the holes but I'd prefer to go ahead and use bulkheads so I have extra seal around hole should one of them start leaking. Should it have a good enough leak then the tank would drain to that level in power outage:(

Anyone know where I can get 1/2" bulkheads for a 3/4" thread?!

Ok, still on the hunt.

I need double threaded 1/2" on ID and 3/4" on OD. Typically bulkheads are NPT threads on the inside and Standard Thread on the outside so for it to work as I want, I'd need NPT threading on inside and outside threading! Getting closer...

I've given up, tried contacting PA, flexPVC, usplastic, and BRS today with no luck. RMAing all the 1/2" and going back to 3/4" and will run the risk of drips in the overflow box.

Try Savko.com in Columbus, OH. Allot of local reefers buy from there.
