Bully Blenny

Hi all,

I got a new baby Orangeshoulder Tang and she is being bullied by my Algae Blenny.
The Tang just wants to check out the hiding spots in the tank but the Blenny thinks he owns the place.
Should I be concerned? Can the Blenny actually hurt the Tang?
