Bumps on clown goby

Hey got this clown goby shipped in, grabbed it from my lfs and came home to start quarantine. Noticed some bumps on it, anyone know what it could be? Ich maybe? Any help is appreciated.

These may be secondary lesions but need Brighter lighting as fish is dark with dark lighting and also need side view pics to best make an assessment

Best pictures I could get of the guy, he wont stop moving. No coloration on the bumps, they are wart-like.

Light is much better and appears to be ich but can also be skin irritation
Could it be lymphocistis? I say this because the bumps are black like the skin, no white spots at all. How would you approach treatment for either ich or lympho? Thank you

Ich, I would recommenf General cure over copper. Not lympho which would have a cauliflower effect and would be viral and often corrected with clean water and good water quality

You mean API general cure or something like Kanaplex?

Vette guy, Why general cure for my own education, are gobies sensitive to chelated copper?
For a delicate fish like this , in lieu of copper , it contains low level formalin and Prazi addressing mild case of ich and flukes and safer for this fish

That’s ich. Ich looks really different on some types of gobies, I’m not sure why. These Gobiodon species and the cleaner gobies show it like that.
