Bumps on fish?

Is this a disease of some sort? If so, lmk what to buy because my puffer especially is looking so bad and has many bumps on his belly and tail. All the fish are in bad condition. (Cant upload image its to big, but its even all over the pbt)

Are the bumps large or small?
Do you know what ich looks like? Could it be that?
Have you lost any fish yet?
Are the fish still eating?
