Dimitri is a flipper and is not accurate with product descriptions. I have been accumulating components for the last 6 months for a new build. I purchased an Ecotech S2 from Dimitri in January. He told me that it was used for 6 months and he had used it for 3 on his tank. I finally am starting plumbing for my sump and pulled out the pump, First thing I noticed was it had an aftermarket 32 volt power supply, odd for a 6 month old product. Factory power supply is only14.5V. I ordered a new factory power supply and the pump did not work. After updating firmware and speaking with factory tech, it has to go back. Tech ran S/N and this pump is from August of 2020. If indeed, Dimitri used this pump for 3 months with a power supply pumping out over twice the voltage, could have fried the pump. So I am in it for purchase price, new power supply and still have to send it back. Super bad purchase,
If Dimitri was honest and told me it was over 4 years old I never would have purchased it. Messages to Dimitri through this site as well to his gmail account have been ignored. Beware!!!
