Looking to purchase a Artisan series Lamp tree from CAD Lights to mount my ATI fixture. Has anyone order from them recently? Left a couple of messages and emails without any response from them. Also if anyone is currently using their Artisan series Lamp tree how do you like them?

I answered you in the other thread about how mich I like them. That said, I would wait until you hear back from them as to whether they have any in stock before you put in your order online. That’s what I did and I received my order within 3 or 4 days or so. I would not put in an order without stock confirmation as they have a reputation for poor communication and customer service.

Just received an email. They do have it in stock. What type of stand is yours attached too? I have a Red Sea Reefer so not quite sure the MDF will hold the tree and light fixture

Mine is attached to a DIY 2x4 stand. See below. If you’re going to attach it to a Red Sea Reefer stand, then I’d attach it with stainless steel bolts nuts and large flat washers. If attached that way, I don’t foresee any issues.

Cant believe i am even contemplating ordering something else from them but these Lamp trees might be exactly what i need after upgrading one of their tanks that has sprung a leak.
What is the max above the tank the lights can be mounted? Is 24" feasible?

I was very nervous when ordering from them based on their very sketchy reputation. I made sure to confirm via email that they had them in stock before placing my order. Yes. You can mount over 24. Abouve the tank. The arms are adjustable. If you look at my first picture, I believe I have an additional 8” of play to raise the “L” mounts up higher.
