You sound really familiar with the process :thinking-face::thinking-face::thinking-face:

I didn't really have any crazy scam attempts (that I know of) but when I sold my Silverado mid 2020 when COVID spiked used truck prices to crazy levels, I had something like 30 messages overnight, trying to buy it. Offering over listing... I just went from the first contact= first chance. 5 people set up an appt to come see/buy it and no call/no showed. I was astounded by people's manners.

This is, very unfortunately, the way a majority people behave these days. Especially younger individuals. I experience it on nearly a daily basis. The business-world has become rampant with no calls, no shows, no follow ups, no manners and no people with integrity. It's to a point that a term has been adopted for it. Ghosted and ghosting have become standard operation procedure. There are a plethora of reasons which I could go on about ad infinitum. Suffice it to say, as previously mentioned, complete lack of integrity.

I didn't know you got started previously? I will say - just buy melamine sponges, not branded. That's all they are.

probably scammers just collecting unemployment and saying they applied for a job but did not get it... If only they applied all the wasted time to actually do something productive,... just like scammers and crooks steal and hurt people instead of putting all that energy to doing good...Get me P'ed off...Had no regrets driving them to jail and locking up them all

Alright,

step 1: house is finished and we move in
step 2: i order a custom tank from @Joe Glass Cages
step 3: everyone comes over to help me plumb and maybe aquascape it.
step 4: feast

We'll have to time it so there's beer on tap and ready to go as well.

Tank dosing complete. Added some boron, bromine, flouride, and a tiny tiny bit of iodide. Magnesium was starting to drop so dosed that as well as a small amount of alk since we're kinda starting to utilize that again.
