Yesterday's project (I could never work a desk job, I hurt so badly after this).

Idk what my hair ever qualifies as, but not mermaid hair. Siren-hair? Witch-hair?

Fish update:

Banggai seems fine.
Cubert and the mandarin were spotted picking at rocks - neither ate with the older fish this morning though.
Not surprised to not see either new wrasse today.
No signs of the neon goby since addition yesterday.
Both cherubs hiding.

My Yellowline stayed hidden for two weeks, the Neon Blue was out within an hour or two.

Yeah, it stayed out a couple min then vanished.

Timor buried itself *immediately* - leopard actually investigated around the tank about 5 minutes until one of the big fish swam by then it darted and buried itself too.

My Carpenter quick hid behind the rocks. I can see him swimming in the shadows back there.

Breakfast fed to the tank - none of the newbies out but Cubert & the cardinal but Cubert got into the feeding fray and definitely ate some flake and frozen brine - feeling good about that

Also, the high today is only 87° and it's not rainy. Of course I'll be in work all day :rolleyes:

Back up tomorrow, naturally.

Spending tomorrow doing a family brunch, then coming home to weatherproof my mini greenhouse and move some of the begonias & my jewel orchid over.

Hoping I can spend a good chunk of time spying on the tank for evidence of the other new fish.

Awesome hair, cute fish, but I didn't see sharp nails?

I haven't done my nails in so long, just have been to busy. But I should get on that since my bare natural nails are paper thin and break just thinking about picking something up. I do dip powder nail myself so it's much stronger and lasts longer than paint. Never done gel. I haven't actually had my nails done professionally in like 15 years. Back when a full set was like 50$. I'm sure that's increased by now.
