Today's our last day here. Picking up a hobie and just headed out to explore for some hours.

We really need to start using our kayaks we actually own

This trip has made me want to spend an unreasonable amount of money to get the peninsula where I want it - quickly.

The pony tank is there honestly. I pulled a lot of cool macros and I'm looking forward to adding them in. The ponies are doing well. The soft corals in there are great.

I need to get the extra power head for the peninsula working or replaced. Going to try replacing the power supply on it first.

I rearranged a little before we left, but I still don't hate "pile of rocks" design.

I'm pretty sure my Stripey turned into an lps muncher. I have a favia I added before leaving that he wasn't messing with - yet. We'll see what happens though. Trying to wait it out and see how he behaves with that - if it's just stringy lps like elegance, euphyllia, etc that still gives me a lot to work with. If he's going after *everything* then I'm much more restricted.

The Powerhead is spinning a second, stopping, spinning a second, stopping. I had 2 of them. I swapped the supply and it worked for 2 days then started doing the same thing.

And yes. They are. But I don't want to get rid of him because he devours aiptasia and I haven't seen a hint of it in this tank yet lol

Oh yeah, pipefish. I got to see a few pipefish out in the mangrove tunnels.

Tanks look good. Need to clean glass. Elegance in toad tank isn't extended fully but isn't shrunken in like it was when I moved it over.

Oh, feeling pretty proud of ourselves. Matt pulled the info and the track we ran kayaking the other day. 13.3 nautical miles.

Ordered some filter socks, printing a little vacuum nozzle thing to pull the detritus from the peninsula sump better and need to run the discharge tube through sock anyway. Those arrive tomorrow, in theory. We'll see if they deliver in time.

Ordered a potential power supply replacement to see if that fixes the other powerhead for me or not. Also expected tomorrow.

Have not tested water yet, about to go do that.
