Calcium and alkalinity

Many years ago Randy Holmes-Farley wrote an article on calcium and alkalinity. I believe it was published in reefkeepers. It had a 4 quadrant chart with scenarios regarding what to do if your values fall within one of the quadrants. I think I found the site but am unable to open it.
Does anyone have a copy or link to that article

This was one of them. The one I am looking for has a graft split into 4 quadrants. I believe I have found the link however it states no content.
