nice setup! what's the bracket/shelving system?
Thanks. The shelving is just the heavy duty husky shelves from Home Depot. I had planned on building a stand and while at Home Depot getting materials I saw this. Rated for quite a bit more than my two 60 gal tanks weigh when full so I went this route and happy with it. Storage above and below.

I'm looking for some heavy duty, space saving options! I think this will work out well! I purchased one 65g tank and the 30g is what I used to use. I want them on the same level and I need to make the most of the space! Awesome

So it’s been one year. Today I cleaned out my salt water tank. How often do you all clean? Anyone know what this sediment is exactly? I’ve always had it just not sure what it is. Something from the salt obviously as my RODI tank is perfectly clean still. Also for those with AWC systems, do you replace all the water lines?

If I remember correctly this is caused by the anti caking agent salt companies use to help prevent clumps. Instant ocean is the worst I have seen at this and is the reason I stopped using it. I tried several different salts and have been using Tropic Marin pro reef is what I have been using for around a year now and my mixing barrels are spotless. I don’t worry about my lines because it stays so clean but if I was still using instant ocean I would probably change them every 6-12 months to be safe.

Here is my somewhat compact “nano” setup.

I can store 7 gallons of fresh, have 7 gallons of mixed, and can make more if needed. Enough for my weekly 5-6G water change

Great build, would you happen to have a parts list for this build?

Laughing here saying to myself these people have more money in their water storage awc stations than I have all together on my 210. In all seriousness I use two brute cans and a cheap pump heater and powerhead simple and cheap but requires some manual labor.
