Hey guys, so I am upgrading my tank to a nuvo fusion 30l and I was thinking of getting a flasher wrasse and a royal gamma. Will the flasher wrasse be ok in that tank? I am not going to jam my tank with LR.
Thanks

I probably wouldn't; it's not a whole lot of room.
I don't like to see Paracheilinus in less than 3 feet of tank, and while this tank qualifies in that regard, it offers very little room in the other two directions.
Agree with Hunter... There have been many times that I have kept small female and/or small initial phase males in my 30g (sometimes for many months) to allow them time to grow before moving them to the big reef. Once they are of a size that they can handle the flow in the big reef and are not at risk of slipping through the overflow grates, I move them. They are just very active fish.I probably wouldn't; it's not a whole lot of room.

Yup! And that's really it, IMO.Pseudocheilinops ataenia or one of the Wetmorella species would be better suited for that size tank.

Well, relatively speaking on aggression, sure. But the entirely Psuedocheilinus is the same in that as they mature their aggression levels increase substantially.look for a 4 line Wrasse ... They're much prettier than the 6 line wrasses and friendly.
