Placed the corals I got this week in their spots and picked up an adorable scooter blenny and fire fish at my local fish store. Sorry the fire fish picture is kind of fuzzy their is a film on the acclimation box.
It's just you. It's always just you.I always just get this for YouTube videos on the app and pressing on it doesn't take me to YouTube or anything

Thank you my friend! That's a happy scooter blenny. Looks like you chose a great cuc as well. It's a great time to be a critter in your tank Amanda.
I also have my first saltwater tank with a diy sump I put together from an old freshwater 50 gallon Cichlid tank. It is a 6 ft tank and just finished its cycle. Dropping in coral and cleanup crew from a 50 gallon canister filter run reef tank, my first saltwater adventure. Not much to say about it yet other than this is my first saltwater tank after keeping freshwater for around 20 years or so. It's a 125 gallon with a 50 gallon sump. I'm buying it used and the picture is one of what it looks like currently while it's still set up at my friend's place that I'm buying it from. I plan on doing a mixed reef tank with easy to keep inhabitants.

I really like your rock work! You should make a build thread!I also have my first saltwater tank with a diy sump I put together from an old freshwater 50 gallon Cichlid tank. Thank you, I actually had to break down my original scheme and do a rebuild after consulting with a reef expert. once I had the concept of tabling, I went in and tore it all down right after it finished cycling, rebuilt it on a pop-up table next to the tank, drilled in a few pins, I left a lot of of the old pins with the main idea that coral would be covering it all up and I am really satisfied with the way it came out thank you. It was a lot of work, but very enjoyable.I really like your rock work! Sorry about your mandarin Amanda. Congratulations on your new tank! I kinda lost count of how many tanks you have, including that one, 26?This week I lost the mandarin I think due to an accidental sting from my Foxface when it got startled by the mandarin when it went into the small cave the mandarin was in. I also stated hatching brine shrimp to feed my fish in an amazing little hatchery from BRS that worked great. Today I also set up an extra 5 gallon I had to try to grow some to adult size for my fish to eat. I added a pinch of spirulina powder and a little bit of phyto since I read they eat both these.
I only have 9 which is not as many as I have had at times in the past. LolSorry about your mandarin Amanda. Congratulations on your new tank! I kinda lost count of how many tanks you have, including that one, 26?
