If I remember correctly, a BRS review stated the 360X has about 280 par near the water's surface. Is that PAR level enough to color up acros?

I have a 360X and my frags are 4 - 5 inches below the water line. They are encrusting and growing, but will they color up under this light? Example: my Walt Disney is bright green and encrusting the rock, but the tips are not turning blue/purple (yet).

This question is much more complex than will this light color up my coral. How big is your tank? You have a single Kessil 360x? What intensity and lighting schedule are you running? Have you measured your PAR levels?

Short answer, yes! Here’s my Kessil 360x powered tank before my reboot.

Agree, I should have added more info.

It's a four gallon pico, mixed reef.
Light is mounted 8" inches above the water line.
Intensity currently ramps up to 85% peak. I bump it up 2% every few weeks.
Photoperiod is 9 hours.
Have not measured PAR at all. I don't have, and don't want to buy, a PAR meter.

Alk - 7.9 - 8.2
NO3 - 5
PO4- 0.03
Salinity - currently 35.2 and holds. Doesn't dip below 34.5 or goes over 35.5

Last pic is a WD? What's your lighting schedule like, and what's your Color, Intensity, and UV numbers?

Four gallons? No problem whatsoever.
