I have a receipt for a dosing pump that they sold me, its less than a year old but the motors for the dosing umps do not turn anymore. I tried emailing the address on their site but haven't gotten a response and its been a few weeks :ooh:

Thanks guys

I would suggest contacting the retailer you purchased from.

TBH in this situation you might save yourself a headache and get ya a new dosing pump, i dont know what you paid for the one you have now

Maybe you can contact fish-street.com they sell the bubble mag dosing pumps, just tell them you havent been able to contact bubble magnus and need help in doing so

Do they have a Facebook page? I had a problem with Microsoft not responding to emails one time. Put a nasty gram on their FB page. Got a response two hours later apologizing, got some free Xbox games also. If they have one try that, this happens because it's two different departments and the other doesn't want the bad pr.
