From the photos it kind of looks like a bobbit worm....if you agree GET IT OUT ...or you will lose fish and it will get big....my rule of thumb is "if in doubt, get it out"
 
I have looked at vids and read a little into them, i don't think it is a bobbit worm but i do agree with the first comment 'if in doubt get it out'

If i can catch it i will take it into my lfs and see what they think. Thanks for the input peeps :-)
 
I think it is a eunice worm. Maybe not the bobbit variety but either way its a predator.
 
Ha ha saint, i am sure she would be over the moon!

Since i have taken these pics i have not seen it! Bleedin typical!!
