Can anyone Identify this Green Creature?

I found this lime green creature early this morning with a flashlight.

Does it move? Is it hard or soft? Looks like a vermetid snail but really bright green.

It did not move with a bright LED Flashlight shined on it. I did not have to much time as I had to get ready for work. Aprox 45 min after I took pic the wife said she could not find it. I wonder if it was some kind of nudi?
