It was sold to me as a blue head wrasse. I realize now that it’s not. Extremely friendly to all fish and inverts so far. Had in main tank almost a week. Can anyone identify this guy?

The closest thing I can find on LA is a juvenile Blunthead Wrasse.
Thanks!!! Yea he is a little over 4 inches. I’m not sure how long it takes for wrasses to mature and develop their signature colors.
 
It looks like an initial phase Thalassoma bifasciatum (blueheaded wrasse).

Yes I see... I’ve been doing more research. It looks to be indeed a blue headed wrasse. I assumed otherwise because of its size.
