Can anyone recommend a diatom filter??

Hi, I'm trying to control a parasitic outbreak in my tank and read several posts by an expert on here. Can anyone recommend one that would work for a 20 gallon tank? ( Preferably one that won't break the bank.

Basically the only one available now days. They can be made. DIY
