Can I add another fish?

I have a 29 gal with 25 lbs of Marco reef rock.6 mo old. I have 45fish in there. Pair of saddleback clownfish, midas blenny, extremely tiny neon goby and pajama cardinal. No aggression.
In terms of nutrients:
Ammonia and nitrite 0
Phos 0.05
Nitrates 18-20ppm
Is it possible to add another fish to this? Maybe a lower bio load one? Any thoughts or suggestions for what type of fish?

I would lean towards probably no but imo a firefish or a dimond goby wouldnt end the world

You could certainly add another fish but it depends on what you plan to do with the tank coral and filtration wise. The Midas Blenny is a fish that needs to be fed quite often so you are already going to be putting in a fair amount of food but you could add another active fish that stays small like a Meiacanthus Blenny or a flasher wrasse that will help make sure everything gets eaten. There are also a lot of good goby options.

A bitty fish like a clown goby would probably be fine. Remember that the neon goby (and everything else) will grow.

I looked for some smaller wrasses and found the possum wrasse, small and very peaceful. I will probably go with that

I have a very affective octo hob skimmer and am running a canister otherwise. Canister I replace media weekly and I’m also growing a bit of chaeto in my display so that definitely helps. Blenny surprisingly I’ve seen eating some of it.

Diamond watchman? Aren’t those the ones that get 5+ inches?

Yeah they can get pretty big. They aren't active swimmers though so they can be kept in smaller tanks but given that you are concerned with bioload it doesn't seem advisable. Also it is a very peaceful fish that could have trouble settling in with your existing stock. The Rainsford mentioned earlier is a better option as it us much smaller, also grazes the sand but additionally eats algae and grazers live rock so even though they are just as timid they get by better by being a smaller fish that can also get some of its sustenance from algae. All of these fish are quite timid so it is best to qt.

Was just answering the original post. I would not add any more fish. Old rule was 5 gallons per inch of adult fish. That has been brushed aside but still a decent bench mark.
