Upgrading tanks from my 55 gallon to a 170 gallon with 70 gallon sump. Protein Skimmer, and refugium from the start. Stuck with filter socks instead of a roller because my sump can't fit one. Would appreciate advise on my stocking plan.

Current Fish:

x2 Maroon Clowns
x1 Flame Hawk
x1 Diamond Goby
x1 Aptasia Eating File Fish
x3 Pajama Bottom Cardinal fish
x1 Cleaner Shrimp
x1 Black Spine Urchin

Planned Additions:

x1 Powder Blue Tang
x1 Yellow Tang
x1 Undetermined Tang (I really want a blue hippo but after research sounds like I'm just shy of being big enough for it in the long term as my tank is 5')
x1 Foxface Rabbitfish
x2 Mandarins
x1 Midas Blenny
x1 Gobie and Shrimp combo
x1 lawnmower blenny
x3 Anthias

My new tank is at the tail end of it's cycle so about to move over all previous rock, and fish in the next week. My current plan is to wait a couple of months for any new additions but start with the smaller fish like Anthias, blennys, gobies and possibly the foxface. After 5-6 Months get the tangs at the same time, and small because I read that can help with aggression. In about a year get the Mandarins.

Is this a realistic stock list and timeline? Uncertain on the 3rd Tang and if a third one is feasible if anyone had any suggestions.

I found this stock list on the HelloReef Youtube channel for a 150 gallon. I don't doubt his expertise but seems like quite a lot, and is something like this feasible?

It sounds like a good plan to me, let’s see what others think.

I think you would have more flexibility of fish choices if you got the blue hippo tang instead of the powder blue. Powder blues are more aggressive in general.
