I got a few herbivores that eat nori with selcon but I was wondering if I can mix selcon with their pellet food as well?

I believe it would increase it’s nutritional value. The more absorption the better. I read mysis shrimp have the highest amount of absorption.

do you guys spray drops of selco/selcon onto dry foods and then wait like an hour for it to dry? I'd imagine if you fed the dry feeds immediately after applying the drops, the drops would just wash off as soon as it hits the water?

Some people make their food by mixing selcon with pellets, flakes, frozen etc together. The instructions say to wait 5 mins after adding to allow food to absorb the selcon. I usually do that and then add some water before feeding.

Does anyone know if adding selcon regularly or more than needed might contribute to higher levels of nitrate or phosphates in the tank?

I add cod liver and krill oils to my foods so why not Selcon
Ive been thinking of adding cod li er oil to my dry foods like nori and pellets. Does it stay stuck for you or just float to the surface? I tried it years ago and remember feeling let down from it mostly creating an oil slick at the surface of the tank. Is the secret to let it soak a few hours?
