Can I have a clam or something

I have a 29 gallon tank I'm planning on putting some Clow fish in and I already have some soft coral in it now could I get a clam or something like it I'm not sure what is out there I'm figuring a clam is way to big for my 29 just though I'd ask thanks

Sure you can, baby clam.
Just make sure you have a light to support it and good water chemistry.

Why? Is it just an ammonia spike thing or something else?
