Can I keep multiple Euphyllia together?

I'm wanting to add some hammers and/or frogspawn and was wondering if they can be kept in close proximity to each other or need their space. I know torches must have space from other euphyllia but I want to make sure of what/how many corals I want to purchase and put in together

Yes they can be kept close together and they should generally not harm each other, torches however no...

Normally any Euphyllia are fine together with the exception of Torches. Torches can normally touch other torches, but not hammers or frogspawn. Every coral is different though.......you can try them next together and just monitor.

Well I have experimented a little. So far come down to the conclusion that aussies and indos can't be together. My gold indo stuck one of his polyps into my Aussie torch frags mouth. When I separated, the gold pulled brown dookie out of the aussies mouth. Gold was fine, Aussie was a little hangry! Haha I don't have any hammers or frogs, but soon will get a frog and take a quick test.

I would assume as long as they are either indos together and aussies together no problem, but with each other nope. My indo torches are different colors and sizes sometimes they hold polyps but nothing aggressive. My 2 Aussie frags don't mind each other as well. Just not indo and Aussie.

Indo's, Aussies or what ever they come from just try it.
had good luck for many years just to blend them.
If for some reason the torch throws out nasty sweepers and you see recession on your other Euphyllias just move them, no biggie.
They won't kill each other over night or in a few days.

I had a torch burning a frogspawn so I moved it to another tank. Its much stronger light there but it is now near another coral - division from the same frogspawn and it does not burn there!
The tanks are connected on the same sump.

That my friend can happen as mentioned before that it ain't all sunshine sometimes, sometimes the torch brings out a nasty sweeper but only if the torch can touch the other coral you will get a burn mark.
In many cases the other Euphyllia will just recede back in the skeleton they house in.
You just could move the torch to a different spot in the tank.

Also, dang I love that tank. I might end up heading that way. I really love the motion and color of the one torch I have, and I can see having the whole right 2/3 of my tank mostly torches, hammers, frogspawn, etc.
