Can I plumb my green machine uv onto my manifold?

I have the larger style green machine and don’t like having it in my display. Any ideas if I could redo it and have it run off my manifold?

Do you have some reason to think you can't?

I'd put a gate valve between the manifold and the UV for flow control and plumb the other end to go to the sump or the DT.

I don't think so. It's an internal/submersible uv and I would not try to run it externally and trying to fit plumbing/tubing over the intake and output which were not designed for it.

Isn't it just basic plumbing?
I’m not even sure how I would go about doing it as It is like run by a pump. Basically a pump that pushes water out I think pulls it in through the light itself. I don’t think I can just push water through it. I would still use it submersed tho.

Yeah I might need a new one. Idk I guess I can’t push water through it. I would plan to keep it submerged however
