I bought a 4gallons jug for RO water. It’s labeled as food-grade, but the plastic is polycarbonate. Can I still use it? I’m new to RO/DI.

I dont see why not, Ive honestly never looked at my buckets. They are all the 5 gallon home depot ones!
 
Yea youd be fine. A lot of our reefing equipment is polycarb

If it says food grade I believe you're good to go.
