I just want to know the compatibility of a designer macroalgae like Dragon's Breath etc can live with Tangs. I feel like they will got eaten by the Tangs. What are yalls experience? Thank much

When I decided to grow ornamental seaweeds in my 120G display, I removed all tangs from the system.

PS: Mollies in 20G seaweed growout tanks.

Even if you constantly have a macro algae feeder in the tank, I think they'll still end up feeding on it.

Some seaweeds tangs don't touch like this Codium I sometimes collect. But the urchins have it for lunch.

I see, so tangs = no macroalgae. I guess I'll have to stick with the corals. Thanks guys!
