Can mix Metroplex + Kanaplex in food together?

Tried easy reef masstick mixed with metro and focus. I am wondering is it OK to mix Kanaplex + metro along with Focus together in one food?

Kanamycin is not well absorbed - when mixed with food - except for use with gastrointestinal infections.

Some of my fish has white stringy poop for almost 3 weeks. HAs feed them food with Metro and focus. Now I mixed Kanaplex . Metro and Focus together and it seems fine.

Kanaplex works well for gram negative gastrointestinal infection. It is not well absorbed orally for other types of infection in fish (skin, wounds, etc). Good that it worked - may have just been the metronidazole that did the trick - not sure how often fish get gram negative GI infections.
