My a**hole skunk cleaner shrimp did this. The coral wasnt as bad but it has kept getting worse, it been 2 weeks and i dont know what to do, he is in a low flow area of the tank. I dont know if hermit crabs are picking the dead skin at night or not at least i havent seen anything.

Its not eating anymore, it almost completely gone. I tried to put it in a less light less flow area but it seems it was to damaged to bounce back.
