Can ricordea get brown jelly?

Was just looking at my tank when I noticed my ricordea Florida was scrunched up and had some brown gunk on it? If it is brown jelly what do I do now? Is it a goner? I unfortunately don’t have a quarantine tank.

I’m actually considering just popping him off of the rock and at least moving him somewhere away from my other mushrooms and my goni.
