I was wondering friend have a sick BTA will it affect other anemones also ?

Sick (infected) anemone can pass the infection to other anemone, especially of the same species.

Is here a way to tell infected from very badly bleached? Any tell tale signs one way or another?

Thanks

Infected anemones will often deflate and/or expel dead zooxanthellae (looks like brown poop). While some species deflate more than others -- many BTAs deflate after a large meal -- most healthy anemones rarely deflate.

Bleached anemones are just pale or white, but otherwise appear healthy.
