Can someone help ID these wrasse.. reef safe?

I have been sent a couple of pics by a friend and we don't have a clue what wrasse is this and if it is reef safe..
Was searching for the thread on wrasse buy could not find it so this explains the new thread..

Not reefsafe, those are fish only wrasse...
And they're 2 different wrasse, I think one is a 2 spot wrasse...

Is this the same fish and/or differing stages of male/female? Judging from the first pic - cloudy: halichoeres nebulosus
