Looks like a mcocskers but could be a carpenters. I would post it in the wrasse ID thread if you haven’t yet.

I think @Ds04384 was referring to a Paracheilinus flavianalis (Yellowfin flasher).

That is correct and a couple people in another thread confirmed it as a yellow fin flasher.
