I have two systems that are on opposite side of a wall. I want to cut small hole in the wall so I can run cables to the other system. Can anyone make a tube structure that’s long enough to go through the whole wall and build a lip on both sides so it sits flush to the drywall? Example..one piece that’s the entire length of drywall and 2x4 then another piece just a bit smaller that can slide into the other

They sell these on Amazon.
1.20" ID Cable Pass Through Wall Port 3 5/8" - 5 1/4" Wall Thickness (White) - Pass Cables from one Side of a Wall or Barrier to The Other.

If you want bigger, you could also use two flanges and a pvc pipe.
