Is my tuxedo urchin dying or why is it getting these patches on the blue parts? Can it regrow them or is he cooked?

Is the Urchin actually losing spines?
Are you supplementing the diet, and does it have enough algae to graze on?

I cant really tell if its losing spines cause its harder to see it losing the spines compared to a collector urchin. But the blue parts it has a few bald spots but idk if the spots are getting bigger or not. And yes it has algae to graze cause i let my glass get a decent amount of algae on it.
