Hello. I am considering getting one NanoStream 6040 and one 6095 for my tank (that now come with the 7090 controller). I know it is possible to link the controllers so that they can run in sync or anti-sync but does it work if running two different pumps? I assume yes but want to ask before I spend the money. Also, can you confirm which cable I would need?

Thanks.

Yes, it will work, to just link them you need a 7092.300, which is just a DIN or MIDI cable. If you wanted to add the moonlight as well, you would need the 7097.050 moonlight/photocell, a 7090.300 splitter and a 7092.300.
