Hi! He is a China Wrasse, or sometimes they are called a black backed Wrasse. He is one of my favorites. [emoji16]

Hi there, just caught up on this build being new to the site, how have you found the tank being so close to direct sunlight with those beautiful windows please?
I only have space for this size tank next to a large window hence my question.

Hi! No issues with the tank being in front of my big window. Although I am lucky because this window doesn't get any direct sunlight. If it did get direct sunlight I wouldn't have put it in front of my window.

Wow! I love those blue lined tamarans..... beautiful! I would love to find one of those.....but no luck so far!!! How Hardy has he been? Similar to other Tamarans or Leopards? I have 7 Leopards, and one Tamaran....my China Wrasse....

She's been very hearty so far. I got her from Divers Den, by far the most expensive fish I've ever purchased... way more than my house payment LOL, but she's gorgeous. Always out and about, and eats like a piggy. She gets along with everyone. They are very tough to find though...

By the way, I saw in another post that you're from Minnesota. My wife was born and raised there, and I lived there for 18 years before moving to FL then here. Skol Vikings!

Thanks!!! I would like to dive into SPS corals at some point....but not too many. I am more a fish and anemone gal, than corals.... although I love corals....my Emperor Angel is occasionally nipping at my Acans which is a huge bummer, but I knew the risk......I am considering adding another torch coral, and maybe some hammers.....
