Candy cane flesh just dripping off

So candy canes are my whale;
I have kryptonite green amd after about two month of doing well, the flesh receded from the bottom, and now the top flesh is just dripping off.

kept in lower light, lower flow area, bottom of tank; water parameters are good; N at 5ppm, P at 0.02; temp 78; dont see bugs or algae;

It's called polyp bail out. Corals do this when they are not happy..Most likely cause by a water issue,Alk/Cal
