Candy cane not looking good

Hello have a wired purple pimple of Something on my candy cane coal, been deflated for the past 3 days also.

really not possible to see in this picture. Can you take a more focused pic under white lights only? Turn the blues off for pictures.

Honestly haven’t been checking the parameters, been doing water change every 3 week , my salinity is 1.024 and temp is 24c . All other corals are doing good except this one for some reason will post clearer pic below :)
I did move it 2 days ago when i seen it deflated but the purple pimple , even when it was open it was there . I’ll try find old pic

Yah cleaner shrimp 4 Nassau’s snails , 6 snails and like 10 of there babies and one sand conch. It’s a 33 gallon . I know I need more
