Candy cane not opening

My candy candy coral is not opening it has been in the tank for at least 3 weeks and it has not opening and susgetions

Can you post a picture under white lights? How long has the tank been running? What are your parameters? What is your lighting schedule?

Likely too much light of water flow, Lack of feeding (feed mysis shrimp), high phos phate, low salinity or location but pic as others asked for will tell the whole story

It's open as far as candy canes go....
They don't really open like other lps.
