Can't login using AT&T 4g using any forum app

When I try to use either tapatalk or r2r app with wifi turned off (using 4g) on my iPhone 4s I get a very strange error message. Im only getting it when trying to access r2r forums, other forums work fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. I can access the forum when wifi is turned on though.

I had the same problem earlier. Seems to be working now. I was trying through forum runner and r2r app

Some more strange things, this thread is not showing up in participated threads and when I view new unread threads from the app it is only showing 4 new threads from 9Am to now. It is saying there is only 20 new threads from now until yesterday afternoon, and when i try to scroll past the first fifteen new threads the second fifteen are the exact same as the first fifteen. Also, all of the threads I posted in yesterday are not showing up in participated threads and are not showing the little star next to them either. It only seems to be updating 1/3 of the threads I participated in and for me to check the other ones I have to scroll through and find them.

Also when I signed in to r2r through my PC I first seen a screen that said the reef2reef database is encountering problems, after I closed that tab and opened another it was working.

The r2r app is severely messed up on updating theads. When I go to all new threads and update it, it says updated with current time. Then, for example, when I scroll down to this thread it is saying there is 0 posts and it is at the 2:12 pm slot. There has obviously been replies to this thread after 2:12 pm. This issue is occuring with me using wifi on my iphone 4s.
