Can't Update Apex Web Pages

I keep getting this error when trying to update the Apex Web Pages:


Uploading file: aihost.bin...

Operation failed with the following error information:

The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

Any ideas? I'm hardwired, correct IP/username/password, I even tried to connect direclty to the apex using a fresh Win 10 laptop.

Have you tried powering it down for a few minutes?

Have you tried powering it down for a few minutes?

I've powered down, reset, restarted,waited an hour after update and nothing works.

Anyone know where I can find old firmware versions?

I would contact Neptune I just updated mine a day or so ago both units but I sure do not know how to roll it back
