Is it possible to create/ end up with supersaturated mix of AFR? Let’s say evaporation over time and the undissolved AFR reacts with it…. Pure theoretical question.
Since I do use AFR it might impact how much I make and how I store it.
i was thinking the same thing given my containers aren’t sealed, just a lid resting over the surface. I’m gonna mix my next batch at 80% and see how it fares over time. Might help with evaporation/ hyper saturated levels. I was thinking that this liquid is extremely saturated and any fluctuation may change its stability, may it be heat evap light exposure etc. It does rest in my garage and it does see some rapid temperature changes. This includes visual sight of evaporation on the walls of the container. I don’t go through enough to refill once a month. I’m like an every 2-3month refill, container size 1.5litre

I tired to dilute it to 50% and had microbial growth. I would try 70 to 80 % and it still might not prevent microbial growth but it would be significantly inhibited.

Good luck!
Thanks for your experience, it’s much appreciated!

Loose lids would seem pretty good at reducing evaporation unless you have visible openings with fans blowing over it
