@Taylor t I count 8 carpets in there. How do the fish not get eaten is amazing. How long have you had those anemones?

One is a toadstool leather coral right back side. The brown one, it gets nice long polyps when it’s in captivity for a long time undisturbed. Looks like a carpet. My problem is it grows and gets big, I move or cut it then takes a year to adapt again.

The fish have lived with the carpets for a couple years in a larger tank 210 gallon previously, and everything got moved together into the current 125. The anemones all came in 2013-14 (1 or 2 at a time, treating more than this is near impossible to give proper observation, all mine have been treated), I bought my buddy Pete’s collection of 5 when he got out, and had a dozen at one time, but only in a group like this the last few years. Sold some of them a couple years ago. I don’t recommend keeping this combo of fish and carpets together, but my tank is in limbo for the next year, so here it stays. I think I’ve done only (2) 5 gallon water changes on the tank since I moved them into the 125, maybe since May or June, out of busy-ness. They don’t get fed either, only fed them a couple times the past 2years. They can put on size QUICK with food.
I’ve had a fish tank of some type for the past 35-40 years (since I was 8), so getting rid of them is hard for me to do. They aren’t as happy as they appear to be in the pictures, but are stable and healthy.

Here is my 20” s. haddoni. It is a hermaphrodite most likely. When it spawns, it releases both eggs and sperm. Julian Sprung agrees with this possibility

That is a Acropora colony in danger, at least from this view. I am sure real estate in your tank is expensive and you place it just out of reach.

Here is my new, green, stressed but seem healthy carpet. Not rare but certainly beautiful.
