Cats and reefing. Frustrating?

Here are my two...first one is psycho...real name Bailey.. she's a monster and if I touch the tank she's there under my feet watching. The second is Brandy...she's just a big hair ball all she does is watch from a distance ..I will she her watching the fish swim as her heads goes back and forth.

I have 3 cats and 1 of them especially wants to go after the fish in the tank. They don't so much want my attention but really want the fish.

My princess. She's mostly ignored my tanks, but was absolutely obsessed by the pair of skunk cleaner shrimp my dad had in a tank of his. She also fancies herself an admiral and constantly sleeps in my whitewater boats.

So.. I figured out what I was doing wrong? The term 'cats rule the owner' isn't too far from the truth. I was doing it all wrong. Seems i'm not allowed to look at the fish tanks or perform maintenance until a "play session" has taken place. So the new daily regimen after work is to first, feed the cats, wait till they are finished eating, then play with the bird on a string toy for at least 30 minutes. Once that is accomplished, I then am allowed to do tank stuff. :rolleyes:

That's just the cats. We got 5 dogs (3 large, 2 chihuahuas) one of the chihuahuas is preggers :-() three Macaws, 2 parakeets, 1 canary, 1 sugar glider and soon to be an ant farm for my kid. Oh and the most complicated animals.. 4 kids!! Would like to get a female Scarlett Macaw for my Camelina!
