Has anyone had experience getting rid of chaeto in display? I recently added a Refugium and it’s growing like wildfire in my sump. However, it’s made its way into my display and it’s growing all over my liverock. I currently only have 1 tomini tang and about 6 chromis and lots of snails. What should I add to get this under control? Also want to mention that my tank is all sps, bare bottom, 75 gallon display. I recently went through an interceptor treatement that wiped all my pods not sure if adding pods back will make a huge impact on keeping this under control.

I've never had Chaeto take root in my tanks, just tumbles... Everytime I would see some, I'd just pull it out with tweezers (or my fingers) and toss it either in the garbage or back in the sump.

Is yours physically attaching to the rocks?

Most fish/CUC won't eat Chaeto.

Yeah here’s what it looks like under all whites maybe I’m mistaken and it’s not chaeto but it’s pretty similar?

I could be wrong but I'm fairly certain that that isn't Chaeto.

Looks more like patches of Cladophora. I could be wrong tho.
Grows into something like this(i bought the rock with some pieces of it, it covered the whole rock):

(The blenny is half grown up and is not skinny anymore )

When chaeto grew in my tank it was mostly in the form of single curled strands that looked like green curled hair. You have something else.

Oh, I forgot that there are 2 species of chaeto, one of them is thick and curly(what i have) and another is thinner. I don't know which one you have.

I think I’ve determined it’s bryopsis. I recently got a couple tuxedo urchins and they seem to be slowly taking care of
